History

St. Louis Divorce & Mediation Services was founded by Nicole Davis, CDFA, CFEI, & NCPM after experiencing the devastating impact of her parent's litigated divorce.  Her parents divorced the traditional way - through their attorneys and the courtroom.  The experience cost a considerable amount of money and caused irreparable damage to family relationships and the family business.

The devastating outcome was directly related to two things: the litigated divorce process chosen by her parents and fear over dividing the marital estate.

We understand that there are situations where using the court system is the best option.  This is why we also provide support to attorneys, and their clients, in the litigation process.  However, where appropriate we provide, and participate in, amicable dispute resolution as well.  There are several non-adversarial dispute resolution options.

Whether you are getting a divorce, disagreeing with family, or involved in a business dispute we can help.  We want to help you find the right solution for your situation.  Lets talk!  Give Nicole a call or book an appointment today.
